The City Controller’s Office of Community Affairs will be a vehicle for change to ensure that neighborhoods throughout the city get the services they need and deserve. The office will reach out to local groups and individuals to make the Controller’s Office more relevant to the everyday lives of city residents.

THE OFFICE OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS will:

• Reach out to local residents and groups
• Keep residents informed about important issues
• Cut red tape and get quick answers
• Make city government more responsive
• Join with community groups to push for improvements and change

We want to know about any city related problems that neighborhoods or citizens are experiencing.

The City Controller wants to eliminate waste, fraud and mismanagement in city government, protecting taxpayers’ hard earned dollars by identifying and eliminating government waste and inefficiency.
